Stylus for Shure R1000EDT cartridge
The replacement for the Realistic Shure RS8T needle stylus is used with the Shure R1000EDT phono cartridge. The stylus features a highly polished special elliptical diamond with a .0003 x .0007 inch radii. It is bonded to a metal alloy cantilever for long playing life and very good tracing characteristics. It results in fine detail and pristine clarity.

I purchased this to replace a Pfanstiehl needle that was just not doing the job. The difference in sound is staggering -- a much clearer sound than before. My only concern is that when I put it into my cartridge, it didn't fit as snugly as I was used to, however it's staying put and playing like a dream. I'm very happy I made the decision to buy this stylus. Thanks!
